iheartfaces - Bundled Up

Where I live, we have had more than a couple chances to "bundle up" this winter. This winter we had three major snowstorms. All three had 18+ inches of snow. Our last one was the beginning of February and there is still snow laying in the yards. This is after having five days of mid-50-degree weather!

Fix It Friday - Snowman

This week at iheartfaces we have a photo of Angie's daughter with a little snowman. The background is the perfect backdrop for using texture!

I changed the levels and curves, fiddled with saturation and then

added a ghost bokeh from Shadowhouse Creations.

Storytelling Saturday on Sunday It snowed!!

I'm having a ball taking snow pictures this morning! Once I'm done taking pictures for the day I will be uploading some. Until then here is one of my favorites from earlier this year.

Alex had just thrown a snowball (snowdust?) and I captured the "explosion" leaving his hand. It's one of my favorite snow photos.
